Our first member spotlight happens to be someone most of you may have never seen inside the box. Rob is a nooner. He comes up to do those really hard workouts you see posted on the board from time to time with Darren on his lunch hour. Rob is a badass. Here's a little about Rob:

"I have been active and lifting for several years. I started doing CrossFit in February 2015. I slowly transitioned to CrossFit being the basis for all my workouts. I was drawn to it because of the explosive movements and impressive body weight exercises."
"I want to be able to walk on my hands and complete the Servais and PK WODs. I would like to improve my PRs in the Olympic lifts and improve on our finish in the Midwest WODfest."
"CrossFit is always challenging. There is never an easy WOD and some look incredibly difficult to complete. Sometimes, there is a point early in a workout where I question if it's doable! CrossFit gives me the opportunity to prove, and reminds me that I can, make my body do what I will it to do."
