I would say that I'm somewhat at the beginning of my fitness journey! And I say this because I don't plan on stoping anytime soon!
As of now, I don't know what I want to be. Some of my personal goals are constantly changing! Meaning I'm never satisfied with where I'm at and I try to improve day by day and set the bar higher and higher for my self and see how far I can go! But my main Goal is to inspire people to better themselves and live a healthy lifestyle and prove doubters wrong!
CrossFit means a lot to me! CrossFit is something that pushes you to do better! It Challenges you both mentally and physically! It shows you that your body can do things you never thought it would be able to do, and at the same time, it humbles you and reminds you there is always someone better! Which pushes you to do better next time! Also when I hear CrossFit, I think of everybody I workout with, everybody that goes through the pain with me, everybody that sweats with me, everybody that cheers me on when I'm killing a work out and everybody that encourages me to do better when I don't kill a workout.......to sum it up: when I hear or think CrossFit I'm reminded of family!
And a strange fact about me: I purposely go way outside my personal box / comfort zone to experience and discover new things!
That.....and my shins are basically made out of titanium!"
