CrossFit Level 1 Trainer
Darren began CrossFitting in January 2011. Being a lifetime athlete and a fireman by profession, he found CrossFit while working to get healthier. Learning as he went, Darren is a grass-roots CrossFitter; teaching himself as much as he could. Improving his strength and endurance helped tremendously in his everyday duties, and Darren started to get asked about how he did it. Darren received his Level 1 certification in September 2014 and has been coaching at a local gym since. With the help of his family and friends, Parsons now has it's first Crossfit gym! Darren strives to help his clients improve their strength and mobility in all areas of their daily lives. He likes to keep things fun so you want to keep coming back!
